The accommodation of this beautiful Dordogne property comprises of, on the ground floor a well equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, hob and also a dishwasher and washing machine and a large dining room. The living room features a fireplace and is comfortably furnished. The barn boasts lovely views over the open countryside on one side and the courtyard on the other side. There is a television with the Astra Satellite system enabling you to receive sky news, CNN, Cartoon Network and Eurosport. There is also a separate room which could be used as children's playroom. Stairs lead to the second floor where there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room and a large bathroom - containing a 'double' bath and WC.

Canoeing, swimming and fishing can be enjoyed locally by guests of all ages, you can hire a canoe from any one of the many points signposted along the river, drift gently downstream, perhaps stopping at one of the many beaches to enjoy your picnic full of local produce purchased from one of the many local markets. Visit Sarlat with its internationally renowned medieval centre and vibrant Saturday market where you can buy anything from foie gras to lace, fresh fish to local arts and crafts. Other activities available locally include romantic hot air balloon rides, Boules, Cycling, Golf, horse riding at the local equestrian center, tennis, and a tree adventure park....
